Choose from our range of refurbished phones

At Klap, you’ll find hundreds of models that have been tested and prepared for immediate use: from the most sought-after iPhones to popular Samsung Galaxy series and Huawei models. Each listing clearly displays the grade, battery condition, and technical details so you can easily compare your options. Take advantage of the brand and price filters to quickly find the right phone; browse the iPhone collection for Apple models.

The benefits of a refurbished phone compared to a new one

A refurbished phone gives you the same set of features at a considerably lower cost. By choosing a refurbished device, you get: rigorous technical checks (98 tests), a warranty of up to 24 months, free 30-day returns, and the option to pay in installments. On top of that, you save resources and contribute to more responsible consumption. Check out the offers for Samsung models and compare the specifications.

The difference between refurbished phones and second-hand phones

Refurbished phones go through a standardized process: full diagnostics, repairs (if needed), replacement of worn components, professional cleaning, and final testing. Second-hand phones are generally sold “as is,” without warranties or full inspections. At Klap, every refurbished device is clearly labeled with its refurbishment grade and details about its condition — also explore our range of Huawei phones for alternative options.

Frequently asked questions about refurbished phones:

What does refurbished phone mean?

It is a used or returned device that has been restored to commercial standards through technical testing, repairs, sanitization, software updates, and functionality certification.

How cheap can a refurbished phone get?

The price varies depending on the model, age, and grade, but in general, a refurbished phone costs significantly less than a new one while offering excellent value for money.

How safe are refurbished phones?

Very safe — at Klap, every product goes through 98 checks, comes with a warranty (up to 24 months), and includes free 30-day returns. Our grading system and detailed product descriptions give you confidence that you’re making the right purchase.

iPhone 12 64GB, Red

If the phone doesn’t sell in 30 days, the offer process restarts from 0 with new values. The information is mentioned in the terms and conditions, but it would be good for the customer to be informed about such a clause when they’re invited to choose the selling option.

Very easy to sell your phone. Easy online value estimate. After I sent the phone, the amount confirmed by phone was in my bank account in 2 days. Very transparent process. I’ll definitely use it again!

Mihai M.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2 5G 256GB, Mystic Black

Very simple process. I went to the Klap site, selected the phone model I wanted to sell, and chose the voucher option. The next day the courier called, and in less than 24 hours the phone I ordered from them was on its way to me. I am glad I used them and could order a phone immediately from their site using the voucher. Thank you, guys.

Alina I.

iPhone 8 128GB, Space Gray

I thought I would not get any money back for a damaged phone that was still fully functional! Plus transport. Good job. At another repair shop, for another phone, I paid 50 lei just to replace a faulty USB port. Here I had a cracked screen, a very worn battery, and transport for a phone bought almost new for 300 lei, and I still got something back.

Daniel Gheorghiu

Samsung Galaxy J5 2015

I sold an immaculate iPhone 14 Plus Purple, like new out of the box, still under warranty! So simple—fair, fast, no hassle, no worries! I recommend Klap’s services! They were pros with me, thank you!

Marcu Virgil

Iphone 14 plus

Samsung Galaxy S9 64GB, Coral Blue. I sold my phone to them and at first I was unhappy with the price offered, but later I understood their evaluation and the costs. In the end it was ok, even though I wanted to get more money for the phone.

Doru I.

Samsung Galaxy S9 64GB, Coral Blue

Professionals. I sold a phone with their help, via extended sale, and the price offered was very good.

Very happy with this service! Here you can sell your phone with no hassle! Recommended!
