Once we receive your phone, our team will inspect and test it without seeing the answers you provided. If the condition of the phone matches your details, we will pay the initially estimated price through our website. If your phone is in better or worse condition than stated in the form, we will adjust the price accordingly. In either case, we will notify you by email with an updated offer or confirmation that the initial estimate remains unchanged. We will proceed with payment only after receiving your approval. If you do not accept the new offer or change your mind, we will send your phone back free of charge. The initial estimated price is valid for 2 weeks after completing the selling form, so please send us the phone within this period.
It is very important to erase all personal data from your phone before shipping it.
