How do I place an order on Klap?

Buying on Klap.ro is simple, fast and safe, whether you choose a phone, laptop, tablet or other gadget from your portfolio.
Look what you have to do, step by step:

  1. Găsește produsul potrivit.
    Verifică oferta Klap și alege produsul care se potrivește nevoilor tale – model, capacitate de stocare, culoare, sau grad estetic, după preferințe. Pentru fiecare device vei vedea clar specificațiile tehnice și beneficiile incluse (accesorii noi, garanție, etc).
  2. Selectează opțiunile dorite.
    În pagina fiecărui produs, poți alege detalii precum varianta de stocare sau culoare (dacă există), gradul estetic (+A, A, B, sau C), dar și opțiuni suplimentare (ex: extra garanție). Poți consulta descrierea completă a produsului și toate informațiile relevante direct pe site.
  3. Adaugă produsul în coș.
    După ce ai găsit ceea ce îți trebuie, apasă „Adaugă în coș”. Poți repeta pasul pentru orice alte device-uri sau accesorii de care ai nevoie.
  4. Adaugă accesorii la comanda.
    Poți adăuga accesorii (cablu, încărcător, husă, etc.) fie din pagina produsului, fie direct din coș, înainte să finalizezi comanda. La Klap, fiecare device vine cu cablu de încărcare nou inclus – dar ai libertatea să alegi și extra-opțiuni dacă vrei.
  5. Completează datele de livrare și facturare.
    Introdu cu atenție numele, adresa completă, datele de contact și, dacă e cazul, datele firmei pentru facturare.
    Dacă ai nevoie de ajutor pentru plasarea comenzii sau ai nelămuriri, poți suna la call center-ul Klap, scrie pe chat-ul site-ului sau pe email, iar echipa noastră te indrumă imediat.
  6. Alege metoda de livrare.
    Poți opta pentru livrare prin curier la adresa dorită sau la locker (Easybox/FanBox), dacă preferi să ridici personal coletul la orice oră. Vei primi notificări prin SMS și email despre statusul livrării.
  7. Selectează modalitatea de plată.
    Ai la dispoziție plata cu cardul online (inclusiv opțiunea de rate prin partenerii noștri de finanțare), plata la livrare (cash/card, unde este posibil) sau plata direct la locker, după preferințe. Orice opțiune ai alege, procesul este securizat și transparent.
  8. Introdu codul promoțional, dacă ai unul.
    Dacă deții un cod de reducere, îl poți introduce înainte de finalizarea comenzii – sistemul va calcula automat prețul final.
  9. Verifică și confirmă comanda.
    Revizuiește toate detaliile și trimite comanda! Imediat vei primi un email de confirmare cu sumarul comenzii și numărul de referință.

    În momentul în care comanda ta este procesată și expediată, vei primi notificări cu toate informațiile despre livrare. Dacă ai nevoie de orice fel de asistență până la primirea produsului, echipa Klap e la un apel sau un mesaj distanță.

What are we doing?

We are committed to providing a new life to a product, renewing and reconditioning all the devices that arrive in our workshop, after our team aesthetically checks them and technically tests them.

How do we evaluate the products?

All our products are tested and repaired using rigorous procedure and state-of-the-art technology. Thanks to our precise quality control, we can offer a 24-month warranty on every product we sell.
After cleaning and sanitization, the products are evaluated by the technical testing procedure with over 98 points, applied punctually, according to the specifications and permissions of each device. Our technical report will be received together with the purchased product and the warranty certificate.

What does grading mean and what are the grading categories?

Grading is an assessment attributed by new equipment to its aesthetic condition, such as traces of wear on the housing or scratches on the screen, does not reflect the reliability and performance of the devices or the condition of the battery. All devices are fully tested and work like new products.

When will more models appear on Klap.ro?

If you are looking for a particular model and cannot find it on our website, maybe that model is temporarily unavailable. What you can do is keep an eye on klap.ro, as we update the stock frequently.
Do you have an idea of new models? Do not keep it just for yourself, leave us your proposal by email at info@klap.ro and we will do our best to bring you the desired models.

Do we replace the batteries of all mobile phones?

Batteries are consumable components, and their effectiveness decreases with time. All mobile phones go through an extensive verification process. If during this process it turns out that the performance of the accumulators is less than 80% of the original capacity or does not work normally, we replace them. From our tests, an accumulator whose capacity is between 80% and 100% compared to the initial capacity is functioning optimally.

What are mobile phone prices based on?

The prices of our phones vary depending on the model, storage capacity and, last but not least, their external appearance.
We strive to keep prices as low as possible and offer a wide range of models, under different conditions, as we want to offer affordable alternatives to all our customers.

Do you want an invoice or payment in installments?

All products will be accompanied by invoice. Our payment methods are multiple, we also offer payments in installments through our payment service provider Netopia, so you choose the desired option directly on our website.

Can I exchange my old phone for one of Klap.ro’s offers?

YES, you can change your current or old phone with one of our offer. All you have to do is follow the steps in tab „I want to sell”, you answer some questions and if your option is „Sale Lightning”, you can use the money according to voucher – when buying a product from the offer Klap.ro, paying only the difference, if applicable. You must keep in mind that even in case of lightning sale, your phone must arrive and be evaluated by us. You will receive a voucher that you need to apply in order of your new phone and enjoy a fantastic price. It is worth mentioning that you can bring as many phones as you want, but the vouchers can only be used individually, they cannot be cumulated for a single order.

When will I receive my mobile phone ordered on Klap.ro?

As soon as we receive your order we will do our best to process and receive it within 1-3 working days.
As soon as we have processed your order, we will send you an email and SMS regarding the status of your order. Our partner Sameday will notify you by SMS with the delivery dates as soon as he takes your parcel from our headquarters. If you have any further questions about the delivery or you need an urgent justified delivery, such as mother’s day and you forgot about her gift, you can contact us and we will do our best to fit in the communicated time.

What is the estimated sale price?

The estimated sale price is the price you get after completing the steps in our sales form, which is a first estimate. As soon as we receive your phone, it will be checked and tested by our colleagues without them knowing the answers you provide. If your phone’s condition corresponds to what you mentioned, we will pay the price originally estimated through our website to you. Note that if your phone is in better or worse condition than the one mentioned in the form, we will adjust the price accordingly. In any case, we will inform you by email about a new updated offer or the maintenance of the price of the originally estimated offer. We will only continue with payment if we receive your consent. If you do not accept the new offer or change your mind in the meantime, we will send your phone back free of charge. The initial estimated price is valid for 2 weeks after you complete the sales form, which is why we ask you to send us your phone during this time.

Can I cancel my sale?

If you have filled out the sales form but do not want to sell your phone, you can simply keep the phone and not send it to us, please let us know in advance (so we will not send the pick up order from your address to the courier company). If you have already sent us your phone, you can cancel the sale as long as the phone is not in the pay queue. Contact us for any information you deem necessary.

How do you send your phone to us?

It is very important that you delete all personal data from your phone before shipping. If at the time of receipt in our workshop the phone contains your information, it will be returned to you for deletion and then the sales process must be resumed. After you have reset your phone to the Factory Settings, you need to pack it and secure it for transportation (in whatever you think is protected from possible damage/shocks that may occur during transportation – you can use bubble wrap, newspapers or magazines, a solid box, etc.) Please do not include in the package you are sending us the following: original product box, accessories such as protective film, headphones, charger, data cable, memory card, purchase invoice, warranty certificate, etc. We just need the phone to be well protected/packed. The agreed courier company will present itself at the address communicated by you with a pre-filled AWB that will attach it to your parcel.

Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

You should have received an email confirmation after placing your order. Please also check in Spam, as our automated emails sometimes get there.
If you still cannot see the order confirmation email, please contact us so that we can check the order status.

How much money can I get for my old phone?

You will receive the amount mentioned in the price offer generated after completing the sales form, unless your phone does not match what is mentioned in the sales form. In this case, we will contact you with an updated offer, which you can accept or refuse. The initial offer is valid for 2 weeks after you complete the sales form. Make sure you send us your phone during this time.

What do I need to do to return the phone?

If you wish to return your phone, please first fill in the return form available in your Klap.ro account so that we can properly process the return. The cost of the return by the courier company is free of charge for a period of 30 days after the purchase. If instead you are dissatisfied with your phone and have problems with it, we recommend that you contact us and send it to the attention of our service to remedy the technical situation. In both cases, please delete all data from your phone, otherwise we cannot process the return/intervention on the warranty. Send us your phone back using the prepaid return label provided through the return form. Please also keep the return ticket. Please note that your right of return will be void if your phone has been physically damaged (e.g., mechanical shock or liquid immersion). If you have any further questions about the return or warranty, please contact us.

Do I get a full refund if I return the phone?

All our phones come with a free return policy in 30 days and a 24 month warranty. If you are not happy with the phone or have problems with it, we recommend that you send it to our service on warranty for repair or replacement. If you choose to return your phone and refund your paid amount, you can do it for free within 30 days of receiving your phone.
Please note that the product must be returned in the state in which it was delivered by us and received by you after completing the return form and follow the steps in it.

When will I get my money back?

We process your return within 1 to 5 working days of receiving your phone. After that, we will start checking the phone and then refunding. Please note that we cannot process your return if you have not deleted your data/account from your phone. Any information regarding the return will be communicated to you via email.

Cum anunț partenerii voștrii de curierat (Sameday/Fancurier) că doresc să îmi ridice telefonul pe care vreau să îl returnez către Klap?

All you have to do is fill in the return form on the site, delete your personal data/accounts and the rest we take care of. If you need help or do not have access to a computer to record the return request, we can do this for you. Contact us by phone or email to provide the necessary information.

How long does the warranty service take if I send the phone?

If you have problems with your phone, you can send it free of charge to our warranty service to be repaired or to replace your phone. Generally, the process takes between 7 and 15 working days. Of course, we will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible. If you are not sure that your phone damage is covered by the warranty, please check our Terms and Conditions or contact us by phone.

How do I send my phone for warranty service?

Are you not satisfied with the status of your device or have a problem with your order? Then please contact us, in most cases we can find an easy solution. Once we receive your phone, we will repair or replace it within 15 working days. You will receive an automatic email from us when we receive your mobile phone. Please note that if your phone is damaged by water, deformed or has cracked glass, the Klap warranty is void. It is worth mentioning that the guarantee offered by Klap for 24 months is different from Klap insurance. For any information or questions regarding warranty or insurance please contact us.

I hit my phone. Is it still under warranty?

Unfortunately, if your phone has suffered physical damage that results in glass breaking, if it is bent or damaged by water, it can no longer be repaired according to our warranty. In this case, you can send us your phone and we can give you an estimate of the repair, but please note that we can only repair it for a fee. If you also purchased Klap insurance with your phone, then please contact us and let us know what happened.

What is Klap insurance?

Klap insurance is valid from the very first day in case of an accident, such as screen breakage or theft. If your phone cannot be repaired, we will provide you with another device in its place, the same model or having similar features.

Do I need to complete the IMEI to complete the sales form?

Yes, otherwise you cannot complete the Sales Form. You can enter it manually, upload a photo or take screenshots (screenshot) and upload them to your account. The IMEI is a unique 15-digit code for each mobile phone, you can find out by three methods:
· type the code *#06# on your phone, in the numbers dialing menu. The IMEI code appears on the screen;
· check under the phone battery if your model gives you access to the battery;
‘.· on the box on which the phone came.
We ask for your IMEI before completing the Sales Form to ensure that the information you have filled in/selected in the form is for the device to arrive in our workshop.
Please note that it is forbidden to transmit to us any device that is not your property or that is totally or partially counterfeit. We reserve the right to transmit the IMEI provided in the Sales Form to any database that lists stolen or suspected phones of theft and the devices will be handed over to the Competent Bodies. If, incidentally, a phone turns out to be stolen or shows suspicion of theft, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and obtain the refund of any amount paid and incurred by us, such as the cost of the courier, costs of statements on the stolen device, etc.
