Questions about refurbishment grades
What does a phone’s refurbishment grade mean?
At Klap, A+, A, B and C describe a refurbished phone’s cosmetic condition: the appearance of its screen, casing and frame. The grade is not a performance rating. Sealed and Open box are distinct categories that also describe packaging condition.
What is the difference between Sealed and A+?
Sealed means a new product in its original sealed packaging. A+ describes a refurbished product with a like-new appearance. A similar appearance does not mean the same product category.
Does a grade B or C phone work less well?
Grade B or C indicates more visible signs of use. Devices are fully functional; to compare performance, check the model and technical specifications.
Does the cosmetic grade tell me about the battery?
The cosmetic grade describes external appearance. The battery is tested separately during inspection. Check the battery information on the product page.
What warranty do Klap products have?
Products described in this guide come with a 24-month commercial warranty. Check the warranty certificate and the terms applicable to your purchase.
Your choice of condition. A new life for technology.
Choosing a refurbished device means continuing to use technology that still has plenty to offer. Choose according to cosmetic preferences, specifications and budget. Old devices deserve to be reused or responsibly recycled.
