2. The order number is key: The order number is the key to the exchange or return process. Basically, it’s like a reminder of the day you fell in love with the product. If you misplaced the confirmation email you received from us with the order number, don’t worry — you can contact us and our team will guide you in solving the issue. 4. Pack it carefully: Pack the product with the same care as when you carefully place fridge magnets into a box because you’re moving to a new home. Use the original packaging or similar packaging and make sure the product is well protected so it can withstand the transport back to Klap.
5. Send it on its way: After you’ve completed the preparations, one of our couriers will come and pick up the product from you free of charge, so we can transport it back to our headquarters. We assure you that you don’t need to worry — we handle all the courier logistics details.
6. Be patient, it’s almost done: Within 2–3 business days, you’ll have the refund in your account or the replacement product you chose.
